The Global Language Monitor uses a mathematical formula for the frequency of words and terms in print and electronic media to follow. The institute says that Web 2.0 is more than 25,000 times emerged during searches and widely accepted.
Other linguists call the list a pure publicity stunt and not scientifically substantiated. According to these critics, it is impossible for English words to count on the basis of use or to agree how often a word should be used to officially accept.
Web 2.0 is a technical term for the new generation of world wide web products and services provided. With new accounts (below 2000 followers) follow no more than 300 a day maximum, after that, follow the 10% rule..(2000 followers = 2200 following), give people at least 2 days before unfollowing them, DO NOT mass unfollow people not following back, unfollow ONLY non-followers .

First of all go to Digg and signup for an account and scroll back to the older stories relevant to your niche. Diggs that have been dugg like more than a year ago or older. Click on the comments section for any digg post that has less than 30 comments.
Use a pagerank checker to check the pagerank(Older posts usually have a higher pagerank).
Post a comment and put one of the links in the comment.
Now you have a high pagerank dofollow link.

Use these methods with proper anchor text and comments
First write on ezinearticles, afterwards create a squidoo lens and also a blogger blog.
Create a youtube video with camtasia for example.
Make a yahoo question or answer by posting your keywords and the link, don’t push this to the limit as you get suspended pretty fast at yahoo answers.
Now if your keyphrase doesn’t have a high copetitor you will easily rank first on google.

Measuring article keyword density.

I found a formula on internet marketing forums for measuring keyword density which goes like this:
(Nkr * Nwp / Tkn) * 100 = keyword density percentage
Nkr = the number of times you use the word or phrase in your article Nwp = the number of words in the phrase. (So “keyword density†has an Nwp of 2).
Tkn = the total number of words in the article or webpage

I am building links from several social bookmarks to my pages and I’m using rss feeds to import my posts on other social bookmarks sites in my network.
You can actually put all this on semi-autopilot through rss.
I like to edit some keywords now and then so I don’t use an automatic method.
My ebook will explain the semi automatic metod and a fully automatic method.

Search this at google.

Change your niche to for example online marketing so you can search google for
“online marketing + article + .rar”
Put the keyword/keyphrase in the title of the article and try to build a nice title around the keyword/keyphrase.
Also put it in your first and last paragraph,make sure it doesn’t feel weird to your reader.
You should always research your keywords/keyphrase before writing an article and you should write your article relevant to the keywords/keyphrase.
